Belgian artist Katrien de Blauwer collects, cuts, and assembles found images and body parts in ways that flow like film editing. Here she was invited by Jil Sandercreative directors Lucie and Luke Meier to select, deconstruct, and recompose pictures of their new collection by British photographer Chris Rhodes. “Photographer without a camera”, she turned what already existed into a new narrative, suggesting that we only understand ourselves and our world, emotions, through memory, as a sequence of fragments.
