Munich bred & Cali based. She started her blog in 2011 and with her minimal, fun and creative style Mija became one of the most influential bloggers worldwide. After founding her own business at the age of 21 and working several years as media designer doing editorial design and graphic work for well known brands and being art director of a science magazine in Munich she decided to follow her dream to live in the worlds most vibrant cities! Summer 2014 she moved to the beautiful center of London and lived there 1 1/2 years before she moved to Los Angeles December 2015. At the moment she is traveling the world and her home base is Berlin.
Mija used the success of her blog and Instagram to partner with various fashion and beauty brands such as Calvin Klein, Chloe, Bare Minerals, Samsonite, Lee Jeans, and much more. Last year Zara released 10 t-shirts with Mija’s photo. She also styled and photographed the UGG Australia AW15 Instagram campaign pictures. Olympus asked her to be brand ambassador and she has been reviewed and cited in numerous magazines and websites, including Vogue, Refinery29 , Madame, Grazia, Couch Mag, WhoWhatWear and much more.
